Our Autumn Equinox ritual was held today at Wickham Park in Manchester, CT. The rite went very well, especially considering it was our first Hellenic ritual. We honored Demeter as the Deity of the Occasion, for her role in the harvest and in the seasonal changes. We also honored Rhea as the Earth Mother and called upon Hermes Psychopompos as the Gatekeeper and Apollo as the Patron of Inspiration.

The omens we received were:

• From the Ancestors we received The Earth Dragon – Power
• From the Nature Spirits we received The Seal – Longing
• From the Deities we received The Dog – Loyalty

The most exciting parts of the ritual (for me) were the new faces we saw there today. It’s wonderful to see new people at our rituals. We had a wonderful time talking and eating afterwards. Many thanks to everyone who attended!
